Approximately 20 years’ experience in the insurance and financial sector working for the Corporate Banking and Marketing Divisions of large Corporate Banks prior to beginning his career in Real Estate have provided him with a solid understanding of financial matters and acute negotiating skills all of which he has transferred to his real estate business, providing superior advice to both successful property developers and home owners alike.
Born in New Plymouth but having lived and worked in the real estate business in Remuera for some 20 years, Gerard takes working for his neighbours quite personally. Living and working in the area means that he both understands and appreciates the many attributes of the area and his commitment to maximize his vendor’s investment in real estate is a priority.
His focus is to achieve the best possible price within the shortest period of time, without causing undue stress to his client.
